Azerbaijan
Filipinos can obtain a VOA if they are residents in the UAE. Filipinos with a resident card of the State of Qatar, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait accompanying citizen of the country that issued the residence card. Otherwise, a visa must be obtained from the Embassy or Consulate
Russia
We can obtain an e-visa provided we enter and exit through certain border crossing points.
Türkiye
A Filipino traveler should have a valid visa OR valid residence permit from one of the Schengen Countries, USA, UK, or Ireland.
