OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

Duration of the Visa Assistance - The Visa Assistance shall be concluded for a definite period of 1 (one) year, starting from date of signing the Contract. The Contract may be terminated prior to the date of the Contract’s termination once the services have been completed (submission of the visa application).

Price of the Service - The total price for the services shall amount to 450 € (four hundred fifty euro) for one Bundle A client, 400 € (four hundred euro) for one Bundle B client, or 330 (three hundred thirty euro) for one Bundle C client. If the client brings along a family member/-s, an additional amount of 170 € (one hundred seventy euro) shall be paid per each family member individually.

The above mentioned prices of the services do not encompass the visa application fees, service fees and transportation or visa courier services.

Working Hours - The Client agrees that the provider of professional services or its staff shall not be obligated to be available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), and that answers to all questions or correspondences shall be provided in a timely manner.

The lead time for the service will be 14 (fourteen) days from the date the filled-up form is submitted by the client. This is to ensure that the service provider can provide quality services.

Access to Data - The Provider of Services shall be entitled to request access to certain personal data and financial information that are necessary for the process of filing a visa application and, hence, the Client agrees to provide the aforementioned documents and information when the necessity arises, in order to facilitate the process of application, i.e. filing of appropriate applications/requests.

If the Client’s failure to submit the necessary information and documents leads to delay or even impossibility to complete the application process, the Provider of Services shall not be responsible for any kind of losses or additional expenses/charges incurred by the Client during the application process. The Provider of Services shall be responsible for keeping the information confidential.

Scope of Liability -The Client shall be particularly warned about the fact that the payment of any kind of a fee to the Provider of Services shall not represent a guarantee for the approval of a Visa. The fee collected by the Provider of Services shall be the compensation for the consultations, preparation of documents, appropriate requests, which are directly related to the Visa application and/or application for the incorporation of a company and/or processing of a work and/or residence permit of the Client.

The Provider of Services shall do everything necessary within the legal framework to achieve a successful outcome, however, the Client agrees that the approval or rejection of any of the described applications and processes is within the competence of the state authorities and, hence, the Client shall not hold the Provider of Services accountable for an unsuccessful application or process.

The Client shall not be entitled to the repayment of money in case of an unsuccessful application or process.
